Shipping Policy

Dispatch time

Orders placed before 4:00 pm IST on a working day are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during major festivals may take an additional working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days within Uttar Pradesh and the NCR, 3–6 working days elsewhere in India, and 5–9 working days for the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar and other remote PIN codes.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• A flat ₹69 shipping charge applies below that value.
• Cash on delivery carries an additional ₹39 handling fee.

Courier partners

We ship through Shiprocket's network, which includes Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, XpressBees, Amazon Shipping and India Post. The courier for your parcel is chosen by serviceability at your PIN code.

Tracking

As soon as an AWB number is generated you will receive it by email, and it appears on your order page. You can also follow the parcel at any time on our Track Order page using your order number and the mobile number you ordered with.

Undelivered parcels

Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. If the parcel returns to us because the address was incomplete, the recipient was unreachable, or a COD order was refused, we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch. Re-dispatch shipping is chargeable.

Serviceability

We currently ship only within India. If your PIN code is not serviceable by any of our courier partners, we will contact you within one working day and refund the order in full.
