Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address — to fulfil your order.
• Order and payment status — Razorpay processes the payment; we never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
• Your email address if you subscribe to our letter.
• Basic, anonymous usage data so we can see which pages are useful.

Why we collect it

Only to prepare, dispatch and support your order, to answer your enquiries, and to send the occasional letter if you asked for it. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

Your name, address and mobile number are shared with the courier partner assigned to your parcel, because a parcel cannot be delivered otherwise. Payment details go directly to Razorpay under their own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent or trade your data to anyone, for any reason.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and statutory purposes. You may ask us to delete your account details at any time, subject to those obligations.

Your rights

Write to samarpan.asvv@gmail.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within seven working days.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage entries — to remember your language choice, keep your basket between visits, and keep you signed in to the admin panel. We do not run advertising trackers.

Security

The site runs entirely over HTTPS. Payments are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. Admin access is protected by a signed, HTTP-only session cookie.
